11.07.2008 - Forbo Group holds 10,01% of Rieter’s registered shares
Forbo Holding AG, Lindenstrasse 8, 6341 Baar, has informed Rieter Holding Ltd., Winterthur, on July 9th 2008, that it currently holds directly and indirectly through its subsidiary Forbo International SA, Lindenstrasse 8, 6341 Baar, 445’530 registered shares in Rieter Holding Ltd. This is equivalent to 10,01% of the total voting rights. According to the notification by Forbo Group the limit of 10% of the voting rights was exceeded on July 3rd, 2008.
Forbo has informed Rieter's board of directors that there is in principle no intention, to increase its holding from the level that has now been notified.
