Rieter Components produces transmissions, driving aggregates, belts, pulleys, conveyor belts, and electric distributors.
The main production program of the Components Žamberk workshops includes:
- Production of precise cubic and rotation components by chip cutting.
- Assembly of textile machines for Rieter.
- Design and production of loosening and cleaning equipment for REA 120 textile lines.
- Design and production of HABASIT belts for driving and conveyor mechanisms.
There are laser-cut plate parts, CNC trimming press bent, welded and powder varnished In the Ústí nad Orlicí workshop. The plate boxes, complete electric distributors and other products are made according to the customer’s specifications.The production is organised by individual orders with the participation of specialised company staff teams. Emphasis is placed on speed and quality for a reasonable price. Success is evaluated by the customer’s satisfaction.
