Optical break sensor

Optical break sensor SUP902 guards the yarn breaks in the entire stretch between the spin box and the bobbin.

Application

Suitable for BDA20 rotor spinning machines.

Highlights

  • Existing electronic equipment of the spin boxes will be taken off
  • Clutch control will be modified
  • The SUP902 sensor will be mounted on the lever carrying the pressing roller
  • Existing bus-bars will be replaced
  • Machine will be completly rewired

Advantages

  • Prevents winding of yarn onto the delivery roller
  • Prevents the spin box from being clogged with sliver and set to fire; the machine can be run without a constant supervision of operators
  • Breaks can be easily recognized thanks to the large red "jumbo" LED
