Rieter offers the market technologically progressive solutions in technically mature products, focusing on the supply and servicing of entire systems. Highly motivated and qualified instructors train the plant managers, mechanics, electricians and maintenance people on the relevant Rieter products.

The Rieter Training Center with its well equipped training facilities from blowroom to ring spinning and rotor spinning builds the optimal basis therefore.

In Mill Training

In mill training

Rieter is also organizing individually arranged courses in the spinning plants of its customers. These courses are recommended for further instructions of already well-trained personnel and as training with respect to plant specific problems.

Training Center, Winterthur (CH)

Topics of the training program, tailor made for each individual machine, are:

  • Technological purpose and functioning of the machine
  • Functioning of the individual working parts
  • Mechanical and technological adjustments
  • Drives, change points, gearing plan
  • Explanation of the electrical and electronical system
  • Programming of the machine configuration
  • Maintenance
  • Safety regulations

Course information

  • The offered courses have a duration of 4, 5 resp. 10 training days.
  • Course fee (Winterthur, Switzerland): CHF 330.- per instruction day (lunch and documentation included).
  • Qualification of participants: foremen, mechanics, electricians, maintenance personnel.
  • Spinning experience on the relevant machine and knowledge of textile are of advantage.
