RSB-D 22 double-head autoleveler draw frame - Single-head autoleveling quality on two heads

Rieter is complementing its draw frame portfolio with the RSB-D 22 double-head autoleveler draw frame. Its completely independent machine sides and autoleveling functions are a unique feature in a double-head autoleveler draw frame. Each head therefore produces exactly the same quality and output that have become the benchmark from the RSB-D 45 single-head draw frame. Further advantages are: Reduced space requirements, low energy consumption and lower capital cost.

Economy

  • 10 - 15 % higher machine efficiency than on conventional double-head draw frames due to independent machine sides.
  • Low energy consumption due to joint utilization of one extraction fan for both heads.
  • Space-saving machine concept.

Quality

  • Superior sliver quality due to two completely independent machine sides – no coupled delivery roller drive as on other draw frames, and thus no mutual influencing of autoleveling operations.
  • Mill-proven RSB-D 45 components for sliver feed, autoleveling, drafting system, coiling and display.
  • Suction intensity can be individually adjusted on each side of the machine.

Flexibility

  • Different sliver weights and speeds can be set for each side of the machine.
  • Short machine due to power creel with cans arranged in 3 rows for 1 000 mm Ø feed cans (option).
  • Machine installation on the floor or set into the floor (reduced space requirements).
