Rieter China
Rieter has supplied machines to China for more than 80 years and is among the recognized market leaders in the sector of components, machines and systems for the short staple yarns.
In 2005, the Rieter Group established the Rieter China, which includes Rieter Textile Systems (Shanghai) Ltd., Rieter (China) Textile Instruments Co., Ltd., Rieter Asia (Hongkong) Ltd. and Rieter Asia (Taiwan) Ltd.
Today Rieter China employs over 800 people. Its headquarter is placed in Shanghai and the manafacturing plant and Technology SpinCenter in Changzhou. The offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Urumqi provide sales and after sales service.
Rieter employs people of the most diverse occupation groups, from university graduates to apprentices. The main fields of activity are textile technology, product development, production, logistics, marketing, sales, services and support.
