Optical break sensor SUP902 guards the yarn breaks in the entire stretch between the spin box and the bobbin.
Application
Suitable for BDA20 rotor spinning machines.
Highlights
- Existing electronic equipment of the spin boxes will be taken off
- Clutch control will be modified
- The SUP902 sensor will be mounted on the lever carrying the pressing roller
- Existing bus-bars will be replaced
- Machine will be completly rewired
Advantages
- Prevents winding of yarn onto the delivery roller
- Prevents the spin box from being clogged with sliver and set to fire; the machine can be run without a constant supervision of operators
