Today Apprentices - Tomorrow Skilled Workers
In view of the pace of technological advance, ensuring the next generation of qualified employees is essential if progress is to be maintained. Training and instruction accordingly form integral parts of the Rieter scheme for encouraging the next generation. With a broad, future-oriented basic training in mechanics, drawing, electronics and clerical work we provide our apprentices with a sound basis for success in later life.
The wide range of our professional education, modern training methods and specially educated business trainers help us reach this target.
In addition to the theoretical education during business school, it is important, that our apprentices get to know the technical world as early as possible. Our constructional apprentices, for example, develop within 50 days a product for an external client during their second year of apprenticeship.
Our apprentices support our engineers during the product development period and the further manufacturing of the final product. They communicate with clients and our suppliers in various languages. The apprentices are completely involved in the business and through the practical work they are able to broaden their own professional skills.
Beside the practical education, we offer our apprentices the opportunity to develop their personality. Various camps and special educational days provide the opportunity for group discussions and to socialize amongst each other. The content of these events range from broadening interpersonal skills, social subjects as well as the current economic situation and general knowledge.
To ensure the best quality possible as well as to tackle the technological progress and stay competitive on the market it is indispensable to gain be best employees possible.
For this reason education, training and development of future generations is an integral part of the Rieter philosophy.
