Sprucegrove Investment Management, Ontario M5H 3M7, Toronto, has informed Rieter Holding Ltd., Winterthur, on December 2nd, 2008 that it currently holds 129’024 registered shares in Rieter Holding Ltd. This is equivalent to 3.01% of the total voting rights. According to the notification by Sprucegrove Investment Management, the limit of 3% of the voting rights was exceeded on November 19th, 2008.
