03/31/2009 - New RSB-D 22 double-head autoleveler draw frame
Rieter was the first manufacturer to introduce the concept of the single-head autoleveler draw frame more than 25 years ago. RSB draw frames have since been regarded worldwide as a synonym for quality. The single-head concept is convincing by virtue of its optimal autoleveling and thus sliver quality as well as very high flexibility. Nevertheless, certain spinning mills still wish for a double-head autoleveler draw frame.
Rieter meets this customer requirement with the new
RSB-D 22 draw frame. Here the advantages of the single-head autoleveling concept have successfully been combined with the attributes of a double-head draw frame for the first time.
Both machine sides and autoleveling functions of the RSB-D 22 operate completely independently of each other, thus ruling out any mutual influencing of the autoleveling systems. As a result, each head delivers exactly the quality and productivity that are familiar from the RSB-D 40 single-head draw frame. Further advantages are reduced space requirements, low energy consumption and modest capital cost.
