With all these new products, the systems offered by Rieter from the fiber to the finished yarn are improved and supplemented. For all yarn applications and economic parameters, Rieter offers customized solutions for carded and combed ring yarns, compact yarns, rotor yarns and air-jet yarns. To simplify the investment decisions of its customers, Rieter as system supplier offers them comprehensive, independent and objective counseling for all spinning systems.
The most important system components are:
VARIOline
The blowroom line from Rieter scores with a variable concept. The cleaning process takes place in several stages that are adapted to the raw material. Smallest fiber tufts and the cleaning map VarioSet, adjustable at the touch of a button, are the key to efficient and gentle cleaning.
A 11 UNIfloc automatic bale opener
The UNIfloc A 11 automatic bale opener produces small tufts at the start of the process. The UNIfloc processes up to 1 600 kg/h of material. The A 11 is extremely flexible and can take off cotton and man-made fibers gently and efficiently.
B 12 UNIclean pre-cleaner
The B 12 UNIclean pre-cleaner is an efficient cleaning and dedusting machine that is used immediately after bale opening. Cotton and also other natural fibers can be gently cleaned and dedusted.
B 72 / B 76 UNImix homogeneous mixer
No other system achieves such intensive, homogeneous and thorough mixing in a minimum of space as the B 72 / B 76 UNImix mixing machine. With increasingly short processes and declining doubling numbers, this is more important than ever.
B 17 UNIclean
The B 17 UNIclean is designed as a cleaner for heavily contaminated natural fibers. Following the blending machine, it cleans and dedusts efficiently and gently. With VarioSet the cleaning intensity and trash extraction is precisely adjusted to the raw material.
A 81 UNIblend precision blender
The UNIblend A 81 precision blender sets the highest standard for multi-component blending with an accuracy featuring less than 1 % deviation. The UNIblend A 81 enables four different carding lines to be supplied with different blends.
A 79 UNIstore storage and feeding machine
The A 79 UNIstore combined storage, opening and cleaning machine processes natural and synthetic staple fibers up to 65 mm easily and efficiently with an output of up to 1 200 kg/h. Two versions are available: the A 79S serves to open the tufts, the A 79R additionally cleans the tufts.
C 60 high-performance card
The benchmark for quality and productivity in the carding room is the C 60 high-performance card. With a working width of 1.5 m, output by the C 60 card is up to 50% higher than on conventional models – and is combined with superior sliver quality.
C 70 high-performance card
The C 70 high-performance card achieves excellent quality values at highest production. This is based on the well-proven 1.5 m working width and maximum active carding area. Precise flats guiding and selective waste extraction allow an excellent raw material exploitation and sliver quality.
SB-D 11 single-head draw frame
The SB-D 11 is a Rieter single-head draw frame without autoleveling for delivery speeds of up to 1 100 m/min. In terms of productivity it is designed for use in line with the RSB-D 45. The striking features of this new development are its compact size, excellent sliver quality and low capital investment per kg of sliver.
SB 20 double-head draw frame
With delivery speeds of up to 1 000 m/min the SB 20 offers very large can formats: up to 1 000 mm without can changer and up to 600 mm with can changer. Belt drives instead of complex drive systems improve reliability and reduce maintenance effort.
RSB-D 22 double-head autoleveler draw frame
The RSB-D 22 double-head autoleveler draw frame produces the sliver quality well known from the RSB-D 45 at 1 100 m/min. The completely independent machine sides and autoleveling functions are a unique feature. Further advantages are reduced space requirements, low energy consumption and lower capital cost.
RSB-D 35 CUBIcan draw frame
Rectangular CUBIcans contain up to 75% more material in comparison to round cans. This reduces the operating expenses, results in quality benefits and increases the efficiency of downstream processing. The active guidance of the can bottom permits CUBIcans to be operated without springs and increases flexibility. CUBIcans protect the sliver better and are more robust than a conventional rectangular can with a lateral slit.
RSB-D 45 and SB-D 45 draw frame
High quality and productivity at delivery speeds of up to 1 100 m/min– that is what the new RSB-D 45 autoleveler draw frame and the SB-D 45 draw frame without autoleveling offer. A frequency-controlled main drive and the unique CLEANtube device for clean sliver coiling enhance customer benefits.
