The autoleveller draw frames from Rieter are equipped with a digital levelling system.

Scanning with the well-proven principle of tongue-and-groove scanning rollers takes place with shortest and especially constant scanning distance. Therefore, these signals are independent of the feeding speed.

Application

Rieter is your supplier for ideally suitable scanning elements. For every Rieter draw frame Rieter has the suitable scanning elements.

Highlights

Scanning discs

Scanning discs

Compared to scanning sliver by means of a fixed-position lever, the well-proven principle of tongue-and-groove scanning rollers shows certain fundamental advantages. Tongue-and-groove scanning rollers produce minimal any friction between fibers and metal. This reduces the amount of deposits - an essential issue for a perfect long term count stability. On the other hand, the low friction allows the application of higher compression forces with the scanning rollers on the incoming sliver. Variations in mass can thus be measured more precisely.

The feed funnel for the levelling scanning is unbreakable, which is an advantage by ungently removing of sliver accumulation.

Advantages

Complete scanning unit of drawframe RSB-D 40

Complete scanning unit of drawframe RSB-D 40

  • Scanning rollers produce minimal friction between fibers and metal
  • Perfect long term count stability
  • Low friction allows higher compression forces of the scanning rollers on the incoming sliver
  • Feed funnel for the levelling scanning has best wear-resistance
