M305 EVO

New M305 EVO motor with incremental sensor

New M305 EVO motor with incremental sensor

The M305 EVO piecing cylinder motor is now equipped with a digital incremental sensor. This permits non-contact transmission of the speed of the piecing cylinder motor to the control unit.

Application

M305 EVO motor is suitable for all R 20 rotor spinning machines.

Highlights

Digital-analog converter

Digital-analog converter

Digital transmission of the speed means that the carbon brushes necessary for analog transmission of measured values, which are subject to wear, can be dispensed with. This considerably prolongs the unit's life cycle.

Another advantage for piecing by the robot is the transmission of the correct speed of the M305 piecing cylinder motor to the control unit. Only in this way can virtually invisible and uniform piecings be produced.

A converter for processing the digital measured data is included in the delivery so that the new M305 EVO piecing cylinder motor can be integrated without any difficulty in the existing control unit. No software modifications are necessary.

Advantages

  • Wear-free speed monitoring by converting from an analog speed indicator with carbon brushes to a digital incremental sensor
  • Long life cycle due to high-quality motor
  • Constant rotation speed due to digital transmission of measured values
