The F 15 roving frame, with doffing aid and the F 35 with automatic doffer, meet this requirement by supplying consistently high-quality rovings. - F 15 and F 35 roving frames with 110 mm gauge and up to 160 spindle positions guarantee minimal space requirements.
- ROJ individual roving monitoring improves running behavior and enables high roving frame efficiency.
- Doffing times of less than 2 minutes with the F 35 automatic roving frame increase efficiency and output.
Quality
- The pneumatically loaded guide arms apply constant pressure and ensure maximum roving uniformity over the entire machine.
- Electronic monitoring and leveling of roving tension throughout bobbin build-up by means of ROJ sensor technology ensures high yarn uniformity and prevents false drafts.
- The individual optical roving monitoring with ROJ is an option.
Flexibility
- Rieter’s roving frame models offer a choice between gauges of 110 or 130 mm. This takes into account the high demands in terms of space requirements and bobbin size.
- The combination of the automatic F 35 roving frame with the automatic Rieter SERVOtrail roving bobbin transport system is an optimal solution for flexible yarn production.
- If required, the doffer beam on the F 35 roving frame can be lowered to a convenient working height with the full bobbins for manual removal.
