Semi-automatic lap transport systems E 16 / E 17 SERVOtrolley - Efficient lap transport for Rieter combers
SERVOtrolley, the semi-automatic lap transport system, guarantees gentle lap transport to the combers. The laps are automatically transferred from the combing preparation machine to the SERVOtrolley and automatically unloaded on the comber. Moving the SERVOtrolley and transferring the tubes to the combing preparation machine are the only manual operations performed by personnel. In addition to ergonomic aspects, further distinguishing features of this transport solution are its simple operation and highly flexible layout. The combing preparation machines can be configured so that both SERVOtrolley models (E 16 / E 17) can be loaded. Semi-automatic and fully automated combers can thus be operated in the same installation.
