Fully automatic lap transport system E 26 SERVOlap - Productivity and convenience

The fully automatic lap transport system E 26 SERVOlap can carry 8 laps at a time from the UNIlap/OMEGAlap to the comber. The empty tubes are also automatically transported back again. The system thus provides a closed loop for the material, requiring no manual intervention or attendance staff. A maximum of 4 UNIlap and 16 combers respectively 4 OMEGAlap and 24 combers can be placed underneath one SERVOlap-System.
The SERVOlap guarantees careful lap transport and needs little space as it runs overhead. The system is extremely flexible in layout and allows step-by-step modernisation of existing manual combing room sets.
