SPUNjet® is the marriage of spunlaid ans spunlace technologies in-line:
- No calendering or needle-punching are necessary
- Rieter is the only manufacturer which designs and has process know-how in manufacturing both spunlace and spunbond
- SPUNjet® is patented
The Rieter Perfojet showroom has the capability to create fabrics from these combined technologies, as the spunbond line shares the same axis with the 
JETlace® 3000 spunlace line. SPUNjet® offers the advantage of the spunlaid process without the inconveniences of thermal bonding via a calender which affet the product's physical properties.
