Winterthur – Credit Suisse Asset Management Funds, P.O. Box 800, 8070 Zurich, has informed Rieter Holding Ltd., Winterthur, on 10 March 2006 that it has fallen below the limit of 5% of the voting rights recorded in the Register of Companies for Rieter Holding Ltd. According to the notification by Credit Suisse Asset Management Funds it fell below 5% on 8 March 2006.
