Based on technical, time and budget targets, Rieter R&D Managers are responsible for development projects within the respective product unit. They manage research activities in cooperation with internal and external partners and monitor intellectual property in collaboration with the intellectual property department. They are responsible for the daily research and development business as well as value engineering. In addition, they foster a culture that strives for innovation and continuous improvement of products, processes and systems.
R&D Managers have completed a degree in a technical or engineering discipline at a University of Applied Sciences/ETH. They have R&D experience in relation to manufacturing with an international background, quality, product management and value engineering.
