What Happens Next?

The Human Resources department reviews your application and makes a pre-selection based on the job requirements. The Human Resources department then contacts suitable candidates and invites them to one or two job interviews. These last about 60 to 90 minutes each.

At these job interviews, we ask you questions about your experience, skills and conduct. Based on the answers, we evaluate if you are the right candidate for the job. Not only is it important for us to get to know you; we also want to give you some insights into Rieter. Ask us questions. We are happy to answer them.

After the interviews, the hiring manager and the Human Resources department meet to review the applicants and to reach a common decision. Human Resources then starts the final phase of the hiring process – the contractual stage and onboarding.
