05/22/2008 - Rieter Nonwovens Systems at Techtextile Russia

Rieter Nonwovens Systems is going to participate at Techtextil Russia, 27-29 May 2008, in International Exhibition Centre of Moscow. During this show, Rieter will present the actual innovative product range for the production of high quality nonwovens fabrics. Rieter welcome the Russian and international customers in Hall 5, booth B41.

JETlace® Essentiel, the latest spunlace technology development

This innovation is the result of more than 25 years of experience in spunlace, which allows Rieter to offer a machine configuration for the production of light weight spunlace fabrics from 30 to 80 gsm and with capacities up to 2,700 Kg/hr. In fact, with over 150 spunlace lines installed globally, Rieter is the world leader in hydro entanglement process and is able to offer spunlace lines designed for wipes, hygiene, medical, surgical  and technical applications.

Rieter Meltblown System

The Rieter meltblown system offers the best basis weight distribution and the finest and most uniform fiber size distribution in the industry for fabrics from 1gsm to 500 gsm. The monolithic Rieter meltblown process is perfectly designed for filtration, face masks, and wipe applications and the combination of Rieter spunbond and the Rieter meltblown technology produces SMS webs covering the entire range of products to support hygiene, medical and filtration markets.

Spunjet technology beyond  machine innovation

Rieter is the only machine supplier with spunlace and spunlaid technologies, offering innovation and performance capabilities for the two fastest growing processes in the nonwoven industry. SPUNjet® fabrics benefit from the unique uniformity of the   spunlaid webs produced on the PERFObond™ 3000 machine and the unequalled quality of hydro-entanglement from state-of-the-art injectors. The SPUNjet® process offers the nonwoven market superior fabric properties with regard to fabric bulk, softness, drape-ability, tensile strength, and isotropic MD:CD ratio, creating a new generation of nonwovens.
