Fiber Preparation

New Take Off Unit A 11

The new take-off unit features a streamlined design to optimize the tuft flow. Some electro-mechanical and other parts are eliminated compared to the previous version.

Tuft Transport Optimization

The tuft transport optimization A 11 aims at upgrading the UNIfloc A 11 to improve its original performance. The package includes mandatory and optional parts.

Wobble Disc

The wobble disc take-off roller is made out of 39 wobble discs which are welded on a seamless precision pipe which is forming the take-off roller. This take-off roller can be installed in UNIfloc A 1/2, A 10 and A 11.

Round Toothed Belt

The round toothed belt is used to transfer the power transmission from the main motor to the take-off roller. This upgraded round toothed belt has 25% more teeth and a rounded tooth shape. These features increase the stability of the belt and based on that, the lifetime increases as well.

Web Bridge

Cleaning of the web bridge is a routine task performed on cards to ensure a uniform quality of the sliver. Such a time-consuming task can be substantially reduced with the patented web bridge by Rieter. In the shortest possible time, it can be removed, cleaned and reinstalled without any tools.

Spinning Preparation

SLIVERguide

The SLIVERguide centrically guides the sliver into the drafting system. It features a double helix for precise alignment as well as a grid plate for easy adjustments. The bars are produced in one piece.

Sensors Retrofit

To obtain an optimum sliver quality, it is important to precisely control the main processes in the drawe frame with sensors. By installing the sensors retrofit, the standard sensors will be replaced by accurate, contactless sensors.

Control Unit Retrofit

OMEGAlap E 35 Upgrade Package

The OMEGAlap E 35 upgrade consists of the installation of the latest drives and electronic components from the OMEGAlap E 36.

Modernization E 65/75

Rieter offers a package to modernize the combers E 65 and E 75. It consists of installing a new stationary comb support, changing some technology components and main parts of the gear box. As a result, the comber benefits from a second life and even surpasses its original performance.

Ring Spinning

Q-Package

The Q-Package combines a newly developed nose bar with the active cradle (instead of the Ri-Q-Bridge and the standard cradle) to allow best yarn quality at lowest manufacturing costs.

WILDload

Suction Insert Bright

The suction insert Bright increases the flexibility of compact spinning machines. They allow a precise and constant air flow so fibers are optimally integrated in the fiber package. Clip Opening Rollers

The clip Opening Roller features a patented clip replacement system which allows a quick replacement of the wear and tear parts: the solid ring or the wire covered roll.

R 40 Robot Modernization

Friction Lining with Clip

This interchangeable friction lining with clip-closure for the winding drum of the rotor spinning machine allows an easy and quick exchange of all friction linings of the rotor spinning machine. Thanks to the clip-closure, no fitting tools are needed.
