Graf’s high performance metallic card clothings for opener rollers generate greater added value starting in the blowroom. The durable clothings for opener rollers ensure a high degree of opening and cleaning of the fibers to be processed. The carding angle of the clothing is decisive for the cleaning efficiency. The greater the angle, the more effective is the opening of the fibers and ultimately the more in-depth the cleaning. For fine or clean fibers, it is recommended to use less aggressive clothings than for coarser fibers.
