Automated Air-Jet Spinning Machine J 26

Economical yarn production with a flexible machine
  1. Up to 15% energy savings
  2. Good fiber yield
  3. Outstanding soft fabrics

Product Details

The fully automated, double-sided air-jet spinning machine J 26 with 200 spinning units, six robots and a delivery speed of up to 500 m/min ensures very economical production thanks to the high fiber yield.

The machine allows energy savings of up to 15% thanks to the individual-drive concept, as well as space savings of up to 50%. The technological innovations of the J 26 enable the softness of knitted fabric to be adjusted.

Economy

200 spinning units, 6 robots, lowest space requirement and a high delivery speed ensure the most economical production process. The individual-drive concept of the J 26 allows to save energy of up to 15% per spin unit. Another 5% of energy reduction can be achieved thanks to suction channel zoning.

The design of the spinning unit is suitable for spinning viscose fibers, man-made fiber blends and 100% combed cotton and their blends. For viscose processing the J 26 offers several unique features. The new spinning nozzle housing “Z+1 High Speed” with a reshaped fiber feeding element ensures high yarn tenacity and production speed at the same time. The delivery speed can be increased up to 480m/min without a loss in yarn quality. This reduces the yarn conversion costs. The air pressure for twisting remains the same at a higher production speed.

Quality

The technological innovations of the J 26 enable the softness of the fabric to be adjusted. Alternate feeding of Z- and S-twisted yarns into the knitting machine improves the softness of the kitted fabric.

The proven Rieter yarn clearers Q 10A and Q 20AF can be integrated into the J 26. Alongside the standard functions, the Q 20AF also has special monitoring channels for detecting foreign fibers. Both yarn clearers enable spinning of the highest yarn quality.

With the stroke respiration, packages are produced with homogenous density, a heavier weight and soft edges. This guarantees that the packages in downstream processing have best-possible running behavior.

Flexibility

The J 26 can be delivered with a cylindrical or conical winding unit. The conical packages with 4°20 offer advantages during unwinding in knitting and weaving.

Two different articles can be produced on the J 26 at the same time. This is possible thanks to the independent tube loading and independent machine sides, which allow all parameters to be set individually.
