Ring Spinning Machine G 32

High-Quality Yarns Produced with High Efficiency
  1. High machine efficiency
  2. Economical spinning
  3. Low energy consumption

Product details

The ring spinning machine G 32 complements Rieter’s ring spinning technology for standard applications. Customers profit from a top quality machine that combines efficient energy utilization with suction tube ECOrized and superior yarn quality with high spinning speeds.

The textile-technological functions of the mill-proven Rieter ring spinning machines have been optimized to achieve cost-efficient yarn production.

Cost-effective solutions reduce the investment costs per kilogram of yarn, thereby increasing the economy in ring spinning. The Ring spinning machine G 32 is up to 1 824 spindles long and has a modular construction. This design reduces the costs for machines, buildings, and air conditioning.

Thanks to high production rates and low energy consumption with the innovative suction tube ECOrized, yarn conversion costs are reduced.

SERVOgrip, the Rieter innovation for genuine doffing without underwinding, pervents yarn underwinding and therefore significantly reduces fiber fly on ring spinning machines. Novibra spindles and Bräcker rings form the basis for optimal spinning results.

The proven drafting system Ri-Q-Draft with pneumatically loaded guide arm and the nose bar Ri-Q-Bridge for superior spinning behavior form a solid basis for consistently high yarn quality.

Ring spinning machine G 32 is suitable for all standard yarns between Ne 10 and Ne 160. By enabling half of the drafting system to be switched on, the machine function FLEXIstart allows a considerable raw material saving during spinning start-up.

Machine functions such as spindle drive, drafting system, ROBOload and traveling cleaner can be displayed and controlled centrally via the operating unit.
