Semi-Automated Rotor Spinning Machine R 36

The direct path to good yarn quality with high productivity and easy operation
  1. Consistently high productivity
  2. Low ends down rate
  3. Excellent piecing quality

Product details

With up to 600 rotors, state-of-the-art technology and easy operation, the R 36 is the solution for economical production. It stands for high-quality rotor yarns with a yarn count ranging from Ne 3 to Ne 40. Thanks to the improved AMIspin and optional AMIspin-Pro technology, the piecing quality is excellent.

Fully independent machine sides enable high flexibility. Power saving and optional automatic piecing processes shorten the time for machine start-up. The yarn clearer Q 10 and the excellent winding system guarantee high quality in downstream processing.

Economy

The semi-automated rotor spinning machine R 36 with up to 600 rotors reaches a high level of productivity. The ergonomic machine height ensures optimized working conditions. The sturdy machine design allows rotor speeds of up to 120 000 rpm, while the electronic yarn traverse for delivery speeds of up to 200 m/min ensures consistently high productivity. Fully independent machine sides allow fast assortment change and efficient maintenance on one machine side, while production continues on the other side.

Quality

The state-of-the-art technology of the spin box S 36 ensures low ends down rate and good yarn quality in terms of yarn strength, evenness and imperfections. The improved AMIspin technology enables excellent piecing quality. It is possible to increase the quality and success rate even further with the optional AMIspin-Pro technology.

The spinning stability is optimized for maximum fiber usage thanks to the new opener unit S 36, even with low-grade raw material.

Flexibility

With the fully independent machine sides, the R 36 allows two different yarns to be spun at the same time. Two conveyor belts prevent mix-up of yarn packages.

Quality Spinning-In (QSI) ensures the R 36 has a short and energy-saving machine start-up, even after a power failure, with 100% AMIspin piecing quality. Automated Spinning-In (ASI) provides the option to start the machine up automatically. All settings of the machine and the optional yarn clearer Q 10 can be adjusted on the large and easily understandable operating unit.
