The combing preparation OMEGAlap E 40 convinces with its fast lap change and a high production of up to 800 kg/h. The low energy consumption reduces production costs. Easy and fast maintenance and cleaning – with all key components conveniently located in one accessible spot – is a highlight for the operators. Production data can be set and monitored quickly on the large operating unit, featuring intuitive icons for easy use. The E 40 with its proven belt technology produces laps at a constant high winding speed of 230 m/min. High-quality laps with uniform batt weight ensure excellent unwinding behavior on the comber. Lap transport is fully or semi-automatic.

The OMEGAlap E 40 convinces with its fast lap change and a tried and tested production of up to 800 kg/h, setting a new benchmark.

A constant high winding speed of up to 230 m/min is achieved with the E 40. This is based on the unique and proven belt technology.

The very low energy consumption is the result of an optimized machine concept with reduced compressed air usage and energy optimized drives.

Operators appreciate the easy and fast maintenance and cleaning, thanks to the machine's user-friendly design. All key components are conveniently located in one accessible spot.

Optimized lap quality for superior combing performance

The OMEGAlap E 40 delivers high-quality laps, produced at a constant high winding speed of 230 m/min. This is achieved by the proven belt that wraps around the lap during production.

The laps feature a uniform batt weight and optimal fiber orientation. This ensures excellent unwinding behavior on the comber and consistently high quality up to the yarn.

Operational flexibility and seamless integration

The large display makes it easy to set and monitor production data. Intuitive icons simplify operation.

For sliver feeding, the robust power creel from the proven Rieter draw frame is used. Actively driven feed rollers and flexible height adjustment ensure reliable performance.

The OMEGAlap E 40 can be connected to the fully automated lap transport system SERVOlap or to the semi-automated lap transport system SERVOtrolley.
