Spindles HPS 68

Revolutionary HPS design of spindles changed classical ring spinning and opened new prospects for spinning at speeds up to 25 000 RPM. Till now this design has maintained its unbeatable position and became a synonym for high speed spindle design.

Applications:

  • for speeds up to 20 000 RPM (recommended speed reflects the noise level requirement)
  • for all materials Ne 14 – 100

The most used spindle in premium spinning machines equipped with double damping for maximum vibration absorption at high speed. Features even lower vibration and noise level than standard HPS 68 model.

Provides the same advantages as NASA HPS 68. In addition, unique footstep bearing diameter of 3 mm enables even higher energy saving than standard models.

Applications:

Spindles LENA

LENA stands for LE – low energy, NA – noise absorption. Energy saving spindle LENA has been designed for the highest speeds with the main goal of achieving lower energy consumption.

Applications:

  • recommended for speeds up to 30 000 RPM
  • for all material Ne 30 and finer
  • for tubes up to 210 mm

Advantages:

  • energy saving in the average of 4 – 6% thanks to reduced wharve dia and lesser friction of smaller bearings (both neck bearing and footstep)
  • the only spindle  with 17.5 mm wharve dia in the market

Spindles L HPS 68

Special spindle designed for coarser counts and larger tubes ensures harder damping due to lowered and prolonged damping sleeve.

Applications:

  • max speeds up to 20 000 RPM, in practice depends on yarn count i.e. up to 16 000 RPM

  • for longer tubes up to 250 mm
