Description

Fixing the economic leakages in spinning process to improve financial performance: Rieter offers learning flexibility in terms of the training location. Customers can choose between trainings on-site in their spinning mill, called INmill trainings, or trainings in our facilities in Europe or China, called INclass trainings. 

 

Mill Economics

This training is exclusively for the management personnel. It  focuses on all the aspects of the spinning process, which can impact the financial bottom line. Starting with cost and quality relationship, the training covers topics such as yarn realization, waste management, role of climate control, best optimization practices, to name a few.

  • Duration: 3-5 days
  • Mode: INmill and INclass (Rieter training center in Switzerland or China)
  • Target audience: Mill owner, mill managers, supervisors/engineers from production, quality maintenance and utility departments 
  • Number of participants: Maximum 15

Mill Management Summit

This training is for the mill management team and it will be conducted in Rieter training locations in Switzerland or China. It offers an experiential learning opportunity, where the participants will interact with experts including Rieter management team as well as learn about the topics of their choice. Interactive sessions will deal with textile technology trends and researches of Rieter in the textile industry. 

  • Duration: 3-5 days
  • Mode: INclass (Rieter training center in Switzerland or China)
  • Target audience: Mill owner, mill manager, supervisors/engineers from production, quality maintenance and utility departments 
  • Number of participants: Maximum 12
