The new Rieter air-jet spinning system including the J 70 enables Baisheng to produce up to 22.5 tons high‑quality viscose yarns per day with stable performance. With four air-jet spinning machines J 70 machines running at delivery speeds of 560 m/min, the mill achieves reliable output while using less floor space and requiring fewer personnel.
The system also delivers superior yarn and package quality, enabling smooth downstream processing and supporting the company’s long‑term productivity goals. Large 4.5 kg packages reduce doffing frequency, extend operating time, and lower transportation costs.
