In the span of two decades, Temco, a subsidiary of the Rieter Group, has delivered a record of over 3 million discs to Hengli, one of China’s largest industrial and man-made fiber yarn producers. Temco discs play a key role in helping Hengli achieve the exceptional DTY yarn quality it’s known for. Sales peaked in 2019 when the company purchased roughly 600 000 Temco discs in a single year.

The CV-value, which stands for coefficient of variation and is an indicator of yarn evenness, refers to the consistency of the texturing process – each bobbin and every package of yarn looks exactly the same, ensuring uniformity in texture. This is a crucial quality assurance factor that differentiates Temco products from others in the market.
