Shareholders approve all the proposals of the Board of Directors:

  • Ordinary capital reduction through a nominal value reduction on condition of simultaneous capital increase in two tranches
  • Ordinary capital increase in two tranches
    • Tranche A (rights issue)
    • Tranche B (private placement)
  • Reintroduction of the capital band

At today’s Extraordinary General Meeting of Rieter Holding Ltd., the shareholders approved all proposals put forward by the Board of Directors. The shareholders approved the ordinary capital reduction through nominal value reduction and the capital increase as part of the rights issue and the private placement. At the same time, the shareholders agreed to the Board of Directors’ proposal to reintroduce the capital band and amend the Company’s Articles of Association accordingly.

The Extraordinary General Meeting was attended by 176 shareholders or their representatives as well as the independent proxy. They accounted for 2 902 588 votes, representing 62.1% of the 4 672 363 shares issued.
