T1000 for G 312 and G 32

The frequency converter series F7 currently installed on the ring spinning machine models G 312 and G 32 V1 for controlling spindle drive, ring rail and drafting drive have become obsolete due to the evolution of electronics over the past ten years. The existing frequency converter series can be replaced with the new T1000 frequency converter types.

T1000 for G 33 (1) and K 44 (1) V5–V7

Yaskawa replaced the F7 frequency converter series a few years ago with the T1000 generation. Failure of the existing F7 frequency converters will lead to a machine stop and thus production loss on the customers’ side. Rieter’s repair services are able to perform repairs on the F7 devices only as long as the damage is not complete.
