COMPACTapron Advanced sets a new benchmark for yarn tenacity with an additional 0.5 to 1 cN/tex and up to 20% lower IPIs compared to other compacting systems. By reducing conversion cost by 10%, COMPACTapron Advanced is the right system for competitive spinning mills. This compacting device reduces the energy consumption for compacting by up to 60% and is suitable for most machine types and common materials. The newly designed Advanced hairiness package provides maximum flexibility, featuring interchangeable inserts with different slot types for a wider count and material range.

Low conversion cost, high energy savings

The design of COMPACTapron Advanced features only one big cot, resulting in 50% less maintenance time and almost no lapping. As COMPACTapron Advanced needs very few consumable parts, it has a very low spare parts cost per spindle per year. The optimized suction slot allows reduced air flow and power demand and thus contributes to 60% energy saving for compacting.

High yarn tenacity

Thanks to 3D COMPACT technology, COMPACTapron Advanced transports the fibers in the condensing zone over the suction slot in a distinctive distance to the mesh apron so that all fibers are entirely compacted. The distance between the nip lines of COMPACTapron Advanced is shorter than the shortest fiber so that fibers are smartly guided through the compacting zone, thus achieving better yarn strengths compared to competitors. The overall result is an additional 0.5 to 1 cN/tex, a yarn tenacity which is unmatched in the market.
