Burteks Tekstil has successfully integrated Rieter’s new compacting solution COMPACT4, achieving outstanding results in quality, productivity and energy efficiency.
Burteks manufactures compact yarn, ranging from Ne 7 to Ne 120 entirely on Rieter compact-spinning machines. In line with its innovative approach and commitment to improving both quality and efficiency, the company has adopted Rieter’s new compacting solution COMPACT4.
Key Benefits Achieved
Compared to its existing compacting systems, Burteks has achieved:
- improved yarn quality for Ne 30, above all a reduction in hairiness by 0.4 values,
- increased productivity by lowering the twist level at high speeds,
- reduced energy costs per kilogram thanks to the double-sided suction system.
