H.A. Fibres Doubles Productivity with the Rieter Card C 81
At its mill in Multan, Pakistan, H.A. Fibres achieves up to 180 kg/h for medium and coarse counts with the Rieter card C 81, approximately twice the output of its existing cards. The solution also improves yarn consistency and lowers energy consumption by 30%.
Twice the Output with Consistent Quality
H.A. Fibres produces yarn from 100% raw cotton. To meet demanding customer requirements, consistent quality is essential to the company. Thanks to the C 81 H.A. Fibres achieved quality improvements compared to its existing cards, especially concerning the dead-cotton problem which became visible in knitted fabrics after dyeing. In addition, the C 81 runs with high productivity. At H.A. Fibres, it produces more than 120 kg/h for finer counts and up to 180 kg/h for medium and coarse counts. This is approximately twice the output of the mill’s existing cards.

The C 81 combines high production efficiency with advanced technology and needs 30% less energy compared to the existing card models. This is exactly what modern spinning mills need.Muhammad Zubair, GM Technical, H.A. Fibres Pvt. Ltd.
Stable Carding Gap and Lower Energy Use
Rieter Carding Gap Control (CGC) automatically maintains the optimal distance between the flats and the cylinder. This supports consistent sliver quality even at high production rates. At the same time, the C 81 requires 30% less energy than the existing card models at H.A. Fibres, contributing to more economical and sustainable production.
Rieter supported the customer throughout installation and start-up with professional guidance, technical assistance and timely service, enabling a smooth implementation and reliable machine performance.
