The new design enhances handling in daily operation. Improved accessibility simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while the reduced weight supports easier handling during service operations. At the same time, a reinforced stainless-steel feeder arm increases mechanical stability and contributes to consistent splice quality from spindle to spindle. Overall, the refined design strengthens ergonomics and robustness, supporting reliable production over long periods.

The Smartsplicer builds on a well-established splicer portfolio, covering a very broad and versatile range of applications – from natural fibers to man-made fibers and their blends, from coarse to fine counts.
