Coarser Spinning strengthened its expansion into coarse count production by investing in ten ring spinning machines G 38 directly linked to winding machines Autoconer X6 Type V, creating an integrated Rieter spinning system. The direct‑link setup enables smooth, intelligently controlled material flow, ideally suited for short cop running times and the high throughput demands of coarse count spinning. Minimal operator intervention, combined with consistent yarn quality and stable processes, is supported by advanced Autoconer winding technology.

The link system delivers excellent yarn, splice and package quality. This provides the performance and reliability needed by Coarser Spinning to establish itself in this new market segment. It now provides an annual production capacity of 9 600 tons of coarse yarns in addition to 9 000 tons of commodity yarns spun by Phenix Spinning Pvt. Ltd.
