To optimize top rollers’ running behavior, roughness, shore A hardness and concentricity should be constant. Bräcker provides the right instruments to easily and precisely check top rollers and ensure they are fit to deliver the best quality.

ROUGHNESS TESTER

The roughness tester allows quick and easy regular monitoring of the roughness parameters of top rollers. The roughness can be quantified and documented using a small printing device.

SHORE A HARDNESS TESTER

The shore A durometer determines and monitors the surface hardness of cots and pressure rollers.

CONCENTRICITY TESTER

The concentricity tester checks the concentricity and parallelism of top rollers and bearing journals. It is suitable for roller with a maximum length of 450 mm and diameters between 20 and 100 mm.
