With SERVICEcare, customers benefit from a structured approach to machine maintenance with fixed costs for more predictability and fewer surprises. They can organize, based on their needs, a pre-defined amount of field service visits for a specific period of time. The scope of the SERVICEcare package covers all maintenance work, excluding spare parts.  It starts with the schedule of the visits and covers the check-up and calibration of machines, know-how transfer and status report.
