The new single-head draw frame generation offers optimum solutions for the most diverse needs. The machines enable spinning mills to achieve highest quality and efficiency, also when processing recycled fibers. A new level of robustness keeps operating costs low.

Superb scanning precision and highest autoleveling dynamics ensure outstanding sliver evenness - the ideal prerequisite for the production of high-quality yarns. The expert system SLIVERprofessional is integrated in the large 10 inch touchscreen and includes recommended settings for recycled fibers and further important parameters.

Low operating costs boost efficiency

Features like life-time lubricated top roller bearings and a new power creel design lead to a new level of robustness of the machines. This keeps the operating costs low. The drive concept ECOrized ensures low energy consumption.

The sliver jam straightener (RSB only) avoids possible sliver jams in the coiler. This reduces the operating effort and keeps efficiency high also in the downstream processes.

The coiler CLEANcoil-PES extends the cleaning cycle by at least 100% with critical polyester fibers. The coiler is also beneficial for blends with more than 40% recycled polyester.

Superb scanning precision and highest autoleveling dynamics on the RSB-D 55 ensure outstanding sliver evenness. The proven Rieter Quality Monitor (standard on the RSB) is now optionally available on the SB-D 55. The CLEANtube option ensures clean sliver coiling when processing cotton.

The draw frames are optimized for the processing of recycled fibers thanks to an enlarged suction concept and a new web funnel design. The expert system SLIVERprofessional provides recommended settings for recycled fibers.

Another optional solution provides constant sliver cohesion at stop/start of the machine. Thus, false drafts in long roving frame creels and thin places in the yarn are avoided when processing combed cotton.

The 10 inch machine display and improved menu navigation take user-friendliness to a new level. High visibility LEDs indicate the condition of the draw frame and simplify the work for the operator.

Delivery speed, coiler speed, suction intensity and draft (RSB only) can conveniently be set on the display via frequency-controlled drives.

The expert system SLIVERprofessional includes additional important setting parameters like coiler speed and can speed to ensure rapid material change and excellent quality.
