The blowroom line VARIOline is the variable concept for optimally opening and cleaning fibers. This guarantees the highest level of yarn quality. All blowroom machinery is designed to support an impressive line production performance of up to 2 400 kilograms per hour.

VARIOline consumes around 40% less energy than solutions from other providers. The optimum combination of microtufts, the VARIOset function and progressive cleaning delivers a 1% raw material saving compared with other systems available on the market.

Quality

The gentle opening and cleaning of the fibers is the key to the highest yarn quality. It is essential that the raw material is opened into microtufts in order to ensure optimal cleaning and dedusting of the fibers in the downstream blowroom process. Thanks to the unique 3-point mixing process, fibers are evenly mixed. This ensures consistent yarn quality over a prolonged period.

Flexibility

Thanks to the VARIOset function, the blowroom machinery adapts to the properties of the raw material at the touch of a button. Using just a few standard machines and a range of cleaning and opening modules, any blowroom can be tailored to the customer’s requirements. Flexibility with small ranges: The mixing opener and mixing bale opener are the ideal choices where space is limited and where the assortment changes frequently.
