Product Details

The ring spinning machine G 37 produces flexibly high-quality ring yarns. Yarn parameters can be easily changed on the operating unit thanks to the electronic drafting system drive. Energy-efficient components save energy and therefore production costs.

The individual spindle monitoring system ISM basic checks the running properties of each individual spinning position and enables efficient machine supervision. This can save about 3% personnel cost. Optional equipment for producing slub yarns, ply yarns and core yarns increases flexibility.

Economy

Yarn count, twist and twist direction are easy to adjust on the operating unit. This maximizes production time.

The G 37 uses minimal energy thanks to energy-efficient components and suction devices on both sides of the machine (on long machines).

The individual spindle monitoring system ISM basic checks the running properties of each individual spinning position. The system ensures a high machine efficiency and can save about 3% personnel costs.

With the WILDload system, tubes are taken from the trolley to the tube loader ROBOload via a loading device which sorts the tubes. This reduces the work involved.

Quality

The proven SERVOgrip system developed by Rieter prevents thread underwinding when doffing. This reduces fiber fly and ensures yarn quality.

High-quality technology components combined with a unique spinning geometry and high spindle speeds ensure the economical production of premium yarns.

Flexibility

Standard and special yarns (optional) are now produced flexibly and economically on long machines with up to 1 824 spindles. The machine can be equipped with the proven EliTe® system (option) for producing compacted yarns.

The Rieter man-made fiber package simplifies the process of spinning man-made fibers and blends, therefore improving the performance of the machine (option).

  • Piecing Robot ROBOspin

    ROBOspin is the piecing robot for Rieter ring spinning machines. One robot per machine side fixes ends down that occur while the machine is running or during doffing. The robot receives information about the position of the ends down from the integrated individual spindle monitoring (ISM). The ROBOspin ensures consistent quality of the yarn piecer and a highly productive spinning machine. Automating this process reduces labor costs and makes the operational organization of the spinning mill more easy.
