Ring Spinning Machine G 37

High-Quality Yarns Produced with High Flexibility
  1. High level of machine efficiency
  2. Optimized personnel deployment
  3. Energy-saving

Product Details

The ring spinning machine G 37 produces flexibly high-quality ring yarns. Yarn parameters can be easily changed on the operating unit thanks to the electronic drafting system drive. Energy-efficient components save energy and therefore production costs.

The individual spindle monitoring system ISM basic checks the running properties of each individual spinning position and enables efficient machine supervision. This can save about 3% personnel cost. Optional equipment for producing slub yarns, ply yarns and core yarns increases flexibility.

Economy

Yarn count, twist and twist direction are easy to adjust on the operating unit. This makes production time as efficient as possible. The G 37 uses minimal energy thanks to energy-efficient components and suction devices on both sides of the machine (on long machines).

The individual spindle monitoring system ISM basic checks the running properties of each individual spinning position. The system ensures a high machine efficiency and can save about 3% personnel costs.

With the tube loader ROBOload "wild loading" tubes are tipped out of a trolley and into a loading device, where they are sorted automatically. This reduces the work involved.

Quality

The proven SERVOgrip system developed by Rieter prevents thread underwinding when doffing. This reduces fiber fly and ensures yarn quality.

High-quality technology components combined with a unique spinning geometry and high spindle speeds ensure the economical production of premium yarns.

Flexibility

Standard and special yarns (optional) are now produced flexibly and economically on long machines with up to 1 824 spindles. The machine can be equipped with the proven EliTe® system (option) for producing compacted yarns.

The Rieter man-made fiber package simplifies the process of spinning man-made fibers and blends, therefore improving the performance of the machine (option).

Rieter Com4® Yarns

Yarns for the most exacting requirements that ensure competitiveness in a dynamic market are Com4® yarns. Spun on Rieter ring, compact, rotor or air-jet spinning machines the Com4® yarns are characterized by excellent quality. Rieter customers profit from optimized production costs and good selling outlets.

UPtime – Intelligent Digital Maintenance

UPtime represents a new strategy of maintenance by predicting when equipment failure might occur. Combining big data and machine algorithms, UPtime analyzes and identifies abnormalities and predicts failures. From Rieter to third-party spinning equipment and auxiliaries, UPtime gives clear instructions to optimize the performance of spinning mills.
